I picked Pandora from the Web 2.0 Award nominees. I think this site
would be good to use in the classroom to find music for students to
listen to. Listening to music in Spanish would help their listening
skills. It would give them practice with picking out words and getting
used to the sound of the language. It also would help them learn about
the culture of the countries we would be studying. They could listen to
classic music of the country and popular music. It would have to be
monitored to make sure the music was appropriate for school. I would
hope that the students would go home and search for more music on their
own.
